I use naked pea protein powder. Just add your own sweetener to it. Only 110 mg of sodium per 30 g serving.
Any sweeteners you recommend?

I don't actually use a sweetener but I would say monk fruit or xylitol are good choices of you're on a keto/low carb diet. If you're not on a keto diet, then brown sugar is an excellent choice or simply add some of your favorite fruits and the natural fructose and dextrose contained within them are enough to make good tasting shake.

I'm on a strict cut and I add the naked pea protein powder to protein fortified flax seed milk and also throw in a cup of egg whites. It tastes like absolute crap but it's a great protein shake with simple whole ingredients, no preservatives, and very limited carbs and fats.

I've been using their vanilla, chocolate fudge, vanilla with greens, and the peanut versions for 15 months to reduce carbs in my diet. I've lost 15 lbs of fat by adding the protein and reducing carbs slightly (reduced my carb intake by maybe 30% of my life long normal). This flavor tastes great and blends with more of my cereals and shake recipes better than most of their others. It's WAY better than the chocolate fudge version. Less chalky, less grainy, and a subtle peanut taste that mixes into stuff much nicer than peanut protein.

Any recommendations on plant based low sodium?
I've tried Vega Protein which is 230mg per serving. Not a tiny amount but better than this one

I get it cheaper in Costco, when it's on sale. And I think it's 6 lbs
Costco has the 2.74 pound tubs. 6 pounds would be massive.

That said, I like mixing one scoop each of the chocolate and peanut butter
