No noise cancelling a must for sport headphone.
I would think sports headphones are exactly where you would specifically want to be able to hear what is going on around you at least somewhat.

For $10 to use to listen to music, can't beat it, that's how much these are worth.
I've had to replace mine about 18 months in, and now my 2nd pair (12 months in) is giving me the same issues with the battery not holding a charge. it only lasts a bout 80 minutes and I have to charge it every night now.

The microphone on it is also not that great, most people I'm talking to tell me they can't hear me or too much noise.
Your first sentence is nothing close to true. There are some shockingly great headphones in terms of sound quality in the $10-15 price range, though they are, of course, wired.

Skeptical of the brand at first but the quality was really good.

I have about 4 of these types of headphones that I've been using for over a year. These were the first ones I've gotten.

I use them daily and alternate between whatever I happen to find/ be charged.

I listen to music/ podcasts and they more than serve the purpose.

My Tao tropics stopped working after about 9 months. They sent me a new pair for free.

Now again, I had an issue. The left speaker was extremely low to the point it's useless. They are in the process of sending me a second replacement

For $10 it's def worth it. But don't be surprised if they stop working

Sound quality is fine (I'm no audiophile) and the after is really impressive given the small battery. I get decent range too if I put my phone down and walk around the house/ yard

Taotronic products are a little above many other chinese products. Their audio products are the same. I have all their headphones and while I don't have their wireless buds I expect them to be a tad better than your cheap $10 earbuds.

$10 more and you can get true wireless buds with probably the same sound quality.

So, Adelley, why haven't you answered?

What $20 "true wireless buds with probably the same sound quality" are you referring to?

If you bike or jog the traffic or wind noise can make listening to podcasts a pain. Bought a pair of cheapy $12 avias like these with noise cancelling helped. For indoors these would probably be ok

Actually it can make things like running more dangerous. So not really needed

Agreed. I would rather have situational awareness than tunes.

Not being able to hear traffic at all while running or biking sounds like a pretty bad idea to me.

No, these don't have noise cancellation and they are complaining, they just have issues with punctuation.
