I travel a lot for work and these packs are ideal for keeping in my carry-on bag. Great for when you're at the airport and you need a quick snack to tide you over. These are typically $1.99-$2.49 if bought spur-of-the-moment at the airport.
If you did intermittent fasting, you could just wait until after your plane flight. Smilie

So either nobody checks the ingredient list anymore or people have no regard for their health these days.shake head

These puppies contain sodium diacetate and malic acid. Those have been clinically proven to be two of the most harmful and toxic ingredients known to man.

I wouldn't eat these things if YOU paid ME $10.62. With that being said, no offense chief, but I had to downvote your thread. My health is more important to me than saving a few buckaroos.
Hyperbolic much?

Then you better stay away from apples because they contain malic acid as well.

I don't think fasting is a diet. It's more of a hunger management tool. Now, I don't even feel hungry anytime during the day anymore and can skip meals without any loss of energy.

Thanks. I got the whole natural instead. CCC shows it's the lowest price too. Though it's only 12 pack.

I'm doing a combo of keto and intermittent fasting. Should I just skip eating nuts? My main 2 meals are salads along with some type of meat. Although keto suggests nuts, avocados, bacon, cheese etc which calories do add up. I guess I could replace those with non fat Greek yogurt, cottage cheese and frozen berries to keep it more healthy and less calories for snacks. Last 2 days each I've had 10 macadamias nuts which are filling but lots of calories
What you are doing is very unsustainable so you should be open to more variety, not less.

You are describing a low carb diet, not keto. You need all those fats you're avoiding. I'm not saying the foods you're choosing aren't healthy, but they won't put you in ketosis. Remember your goal is to eat 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% carbs. Also, anywhere you can get extra salt is a bonus to replace lost electrolytes! Good luck!
