For being electrolyte tablets they have a surprising lack of potassium (3% daily recommended value) and magnesium (6% daily recommended value). And to top it off, they use the cheaper magnesium oxide that has an abysmal bioavailability, so practically none of it can be absorbed by your body. Good for helping with regularity though.

I just use LiteSalt or NoSalt - you can get these at grocery stores for a couple bucks. This way you can customize the amount of potassium. Just gotta be careful to not go over though.
I'm not a huge fan of the sweetener they put in these - which is why I prefer to roll my own (also it's much much cheaper).

Great for those short hot runs or hydrating before and after long runs.

Same. Prices up a bit but according to camelizer, still better than they have been almost ever.

Does anyone know if a product like this exists but without the artificial sweetener?

Which one are you looking at? The ones I clicked on specifically said they do not use artificial sweetener.

ElectroMix Electrolyte Replacement doesn't! It's just a light lemon lime flavor. I don't like the taste of Stevia in Nuun even though it's a "natural" leaf.
