10 grams of saturated fat per cookie in ratio to 15g protein, nutritional pass. Imagine consuming 50% of your daily value of bad fat in one cookie. No from me
Dont understand when 15 peoplw have thumbed down. That's a lot of saturated fat no matter what kind of diet you on

Ironically, my weight has going up eating this brand...
I don't buy these all the time, but usually have one 12 pack per month.
I went from nearly 245 to 175 in 7 months going low carb and lifting 5-6 days a week.
I would eat one 2-3 days a week as a snack on a long work day when I wouldn't get home until 7 or 8, Helped keep me full to avoid craving other sugary stuff like I used to.
Not the greatest tasting, but I've had much worse.
Chocolate chip was my favorite, but I also like the double chocolate and peanut butter.
Drink plenty of water or other fluids when eating one though.
Definitely buy a single cookie first before committing to a 12 pack as these aren't for everyone I know plenty of people that don't like them.

I had the chocolate chip ones and struggled to finish them. Wasnt a fan. They were also really high in fat.
I was wondering the same. 50% saturated fat can't be healthy. Also noticed that they have a new formula/nutritional facts. Chances are amazon is selling the old recipe at this price...

In store, they have a mix and match 20 bar box for ~$18 but online it has a solid flavor for a higher price since it covers S&H among other things. .

Thanks for this, I didn't know this was an option! I like the chocolate brownie the best and would rather have only these than the mix and match pack!

Lenny & Larry's Complete Cookie is on sale at costco a box of 20 is 10$, 50 cents a cookie, only 8 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber, but i think it taste better than the quest stuff.
Love the L&L, but they are less of a protein cookie and not whey protein at that. Trying to get more of these. TU.

Personally I think these are gross and too high in calories. If you like them, that's fine. If you never tried them, I recommend buying one next time you fill up your gas tank so you're not stuck with a bunch.

These are worth trying if never had before. There's a 50/50 chance Amazon may issue a refund if you don't like and still keep the product.

Can you provide a link to the Costco brand? How does the Costco brand taste? I wasn't able to find the name of the Costco product.

They are a few dollars cheaper in the store than online. I personally think they're great. https://www.costco.com/Kirkland-S...23984.html

I don't always eat "protein" cookies, but when I do, I prefer Keebler.

Picked up a pack to try. Has 16 grams of fat, which is good for me. I can use all the fat I can get.

Not a very good calorie:protein ratio. Better than a Cliff's bar, but not the 20g protein bars that typically only cost 200-220 calories.

Kirkland bars are for people not on keto as the fiber isnt actually fiber based on research.

Quest bars are for people on low carb and Keto. If you are not on either one, just get something else.

I'm a chocohaulic, but not a fan of this flavor at all.
i enjoy in this order the:
Chocolate Chip
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
Peanut Butter

Haven't tried the snickerdoodle, but would, and I don't like raisins, so oatmeal raisin is out.
