I've purchased drives from ebay several times, as long as they're new, you probably won't have an issue (aside from typical failure rates). If you're worried about Warranty, most of the time you register the warranty by serial number online and I don't remember ever being required to provide proof of what retailer it came from.

Sorry... Noob question but what's m.2_2 and m.2_1 slots? How can one tell the difference in ssd?

That's usually what motherboards label them as so you know which one is slot 1 and which one is slot 2. It's a motherboard thing, not a SSD thing.
