I actually just picked up some optimum nutrition whey from Costco, I went with the Performance Whey Isolate, it is all isolate so much better than the blend here. I paid $23.99 for a 3.5lb bag. Costco also has the gold standard version (same as the one listed here) but a larger bag that is over 5lbs for $34.99. If a Costco is nearby I would buy from there otherwise this is a pretty good deal.

That moment when the smaller bag is more cost effective:

1.9lbs is $7.50 a pound
9.6lbs (2x4.8) is $7.89 a pound.

Actually my understanding is that blend is good. Isolate and concentrate both do different things, the main benefit to isolate is digestive issue for some people with concentrate
