OP not to derail this thread but BCAA's have already been busted now that there's no REAL significant or any performance effect with consuming BCAAs. This is a by product of the bodybuilding world for years and marketed as a "necessity" to boost sales.

And the caffeine in it is no better than a cup of black joe. Instead of wasting money on BCCAs, invest in creatine or whey protein which are the building blocks of muscle.

Thank you for your comment. On other day , when I went to GNC store, told me the same thing on Creatine & Whey Protien. You seem to be expert on these stuff, can you recommend good pre-work out ?

Also this Amino Energy don't have BCAA right, pardon me if I am wrong , it is coming from novice.

.
All preworkouts basically contain one key element which has the proven science behind it....guess what? Caffeine.

Everything else is marketing BS and most ingredients are underdosaged anyways.

If you are new to fitness, it's all in the mind..build that up inside your head first.

Best pre-workout? Have a protein shake mixed in almond milk and a cup of black coffee. Or just black coffee with 1/2 banana and wheat bread.

Only proven things are whey protein (mainly for convenience), creatine (timing and dosages don't matter), and Caffeine.

If you are trying to lose weight, it's calories in vs calories out. If trying to gain, it's the other way around with more focus on protein.

I can throw in stuff I've personally taken but unless you wanna die from a cardiac arrrest on the treadmill, I wouldn't bring it up.

This was a good deal, but it is over now. I don't know how if the Strawberry flavor is good, but they had grape at my Costco and it is amazing.

I honestly wish I bought 3-4 containers at that price. It's back up to $30 now.

For what it's worth, it just tastes good. At least the grape one does, I don't know about strawberry.

I wish it didn't have artificial sweetener in it, but I believe they have a few versions with Stevia instead of Sucralose available through Amazon and Bodybuilding.com

Helps with energy levels if you're working out during a fast even though it technically "breaks" the fast. Otherwise, I agree... just get some whey (isolate) protein and consume that with some quick oats before your workout if you want a sustained energy boost. Add a cup of coffee if necessary.
