My public library offers a large selection of online databases (consumer reports included).

Plus, digital magazines. All free.

You might want to check your own library for these services before using the OP instructions. Peace

leave it to SD to kill something. Been using this for years no problem, some things are only to be enjoyed by the people who had the time to put the research in, every time you just publish the info and millions of people crash consumer reports site for no reason but the novelty, you do exactly what SD did to the ability to get free CarFax reports via dealership links, you kill it because so many people become involved that the company is willing to rework the entire system. Now the people who actually relied on these have lost access, for nothing. I blame the earlier threads, not OP, just saying as its clear that if this was working days ago and its already dead, which it is, CR has reworked the system afaict

and before you tell me to chill my own public library of which I am obviously a member has now changed its access page to say the following

Census Bureau
Easy Stats 〉
Quick Facts 〉

Consumer Reports
Consumer Reports 〉

Note: You must be at the library for this link to work.

so as always the "its a victimless crime" people simply mean THEY aren't the victim so they don't care
