Amazon [amazon.com] has Mechanix Wear FastFit Gloves on sale in size Large in the Black color for $8.99 > Now $8.37. Shipping is Free with Amazon Prime. Thank GodFlesh

Note that these are not made in USA, and are made in Vietnam, contrary to what the product page says. Still not a bad deal if you need a pair of work gloves.

If anyone cares, these are not water proof or even water resistant.
On cold mornings the dew soaks them and freezes my hands.

Good deal on these! If anybody doesn't mind waiting a while and wants some dirt cheap work gloves, go to your Chinese site dejour (Wish, Aliexpress, urlhasbeenblocked, etc) and search for motorcycle gloves. I sure wouldn't trust these on my motorcycle but they're great for around the shop - especially for around 3 bucks a pair. Cool

I'd recommend that everyone take this one with a grain of salt... While these are good gloves to use for heavy duty work and such, I'm unsure if mechanic work is great for these gloves. They're hand wash, and use a synthetic material that is good for grip, but bad for oils.

I'd recommend 5 or 7 mil nitril gloves over this and then using other gloved like Maxiflex (3 set for 15 iirc), which are very good. I use maxiflex for work involving cars but not oils. Also use it for wood work as well and they grip perfectly.

If you want a whatever pair of gloves, Harbor freight has the Hardy gloves for like $5 with coupon.

It's been $9 for more than a month. How is this suddenly "on sale" according to Slickdeals?

I'm looking for gloves made for masterbation. Can anyone recommend one for me? I prefer studded over ribbed.

I've been using these for years, they're great work gloves
Are these thick though? They don't look like the standard thinner mechanix

This seems like a good deal at first, but I don't know how much these gloves should cost. Why is the list price for these (size L) 16 dollars when all the other sizes are about 10? It's like marking up then discounting to make it seems like a deal.

no, they're not as heavy duty. good all around gloves, and more dexterity than the standard ones. I have those too but basically never use them

Put these gloves on and felt like a real mechanic so I took apart my car. No idea how to put it back together so now I'm stuck at home. One star.
I haven't laughed out loud at an SD post in awhile. Well done.
