Don't buy from these guys. I had a negative experience where an item was lost and they were of no help. They responded at first that they would support me to find the lost item and they totally dropped the ball. I was out $150!
eBay has a money back guarantee and you can chargeback on your CC so if you still haven't gotten your $150 back then its entirely your fault

Blame your state's elected officials for passing a "marketplace facilitator" law, not the marketplaces (such as eBay) that are required to comply with the laws those elected officials decided to pass.
You are both wrong. This has nothing to do with the states or "facilitator laws"
This is because of a recent SCOTUS decision that took place in September/October that had to do with Wayfair

Before that ill fated decision we did not have to pay tax for online purchases unless the entity we were purchasing from had a physical presence in our state
Now the same geniuses that brought you the citizens united decision have made it so all states that collect sales tax can collect it from ALL internet transactions regardless of weather the business has a physical presence in your state or not

you can't even sell on eBay now without filling as business and getting a tax ID number in my state
all but shutting out most casual occasional sellers

I get it it the system is called a switch because it switches between dock and not docked mode. O can't imagine playing a massive game like Zelda in only docked mode vs a big TV, and have done it but prefer the bigger TV experience. It is great though the instant pause and losing power while docked to realize that you didn't lose your progress nor did I have to even stop playing. it's definitely one of my favorite systems in recent memory and will likely go down as a classic system.
Currently on 90+ hours of Breath of the Wild 100% handheld on my Switch Lite, I wouldnt want it any other way. If the game was attached to my tv, i would rarely play it. Portable gaming just works better for some people. The Switch Lite is the perfect handheld console.

Awesome deal. I realize it works for some. I wonder do you commute by subway etc frequently? I am at work or driving home not riding. So when I am home I prefer TV but have done handheld. its cool to hear these stories though and its great to see such a successful Nintendo system again.

Nah, honestly 90% of the time im playin my Switch, im in front of my tv in my room LMAO It held me down nicely during a 6 hour flight to CA but other than that, I play it at home. I love the fact that I can play my game and still have the tv free.

I don't own a TV anymore, and only allowed it to collect dust when I did. For the past few years handhelds such as the Vita and 3DSXL were my main systems.

The Lite is great to have on lengthy train rides, doc office, passenger in car, etc. Good system for 150 (GS clearance). About the same as my Hyrule N3DSXL.

These are coming GB down in price quite a bit already. Wonder if Nintendo isn't overdoing it with too many versions with the new pro coming out...I mean it's not the Sega Genesis!

I wanted a switch lite but reports of it also having joystick drift strayed me away, I also prefer to have the tv as an option and to either replace they joycons or replace the joysticks myself, as it turns out replacing the joysticks on the joycons is not too difficult and the replacement joysticks are much cheaper than new joycons
