RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless 1/2 In. Drill Driver Kit CPO - $69.99

If you're looking for other brushless tools you're definitely better off looking into some of the brushless kits Home Depot offers.

Probably the cheapest way to get the Ryobi Brushless Drill/Driver. Home Depot only sells it in kits with other tools. If you need a brushless circular saw you can get it with this drill and battery and charger for $129.

This includes a charger and 2 batteries. Direct Tools does not specify which batteries you'll get.

This is certified pre owned which in my 10 plus orders has been no problem. I believe most of these are customer returns for whatever reason. I had one item arrive with a couple scuff marks. Other than that hard to tell from new.

Also Direct Tools shipping since after Christmas has improved. My 4 orders since December 28th arrived in 3-5 days.

Sweet, I've been upgrading my tools to brushless this year. I can also confirm direct tools has improved shipping drastically after Christmas. I was surprised when a package arrived the other day from them, took 2 days from purchase. I've bought a lot of pre owned off their site, the only issue I had was a Ryobi brad nailer. Just stopped shooting nails after a couple uses over the 2 weeks I had it. Currently in the process of exchanging it. They were cool about it.

Funny I had a similar experience with the Brad nailer. I plugged in a battery the day I got it and it lit up. Other than recon stamped on the side it looked brand new. 2 weeks later I got some nails and tried to use it and it still lights up but won't fire. Called them up and they sent a call tag to pick it up and then send a replacement. The next day they had them on sale for $40+ and sold out. I hope they still have one for me. 😀

Bought the brad nailer and was in "okay" shape. The logo had a ding in it, but still powered up.

They just had the factory blemished hammer drill kit for 74.88. That's a good deal on a new kit. This is a risky proposition on a possibly used, broken non hammer drill with a small battery for $5 less. No Thanks! For reference, 5 CPO orders over the last 3 years have come in as broken, used customer returns just tossed in a box. Factory Blemished is the only way to go.

I need a charger and batteries since I picked up that $50 brad nailer deal from DTO last week (should be delivered today i think). I don't need a drill as I have a ton of craftsman stuff, but wondering if this deal is worth it since it's two batteries included. I'd just be disappointed if they were duds. Lame that they'd even ship crappy batteries... I mean I get that they're used, but sending duds is a little misleading.

Just curious to know what your thought process was when you placed that last order. "Fifth time's the charm", maybe?

You don't mention what became of all those defective products. Did you report your dissatisfaction to CPO? If so, what steps did they take?

Or do you just have a garage full of broken Ryobi tools?

Read all the threads on here where everyone says it's only me with that problem. I just kept thinking it had to be a fluke according to so many others. To be fair it was only 3 orders and two times were the broken replacements they sent for the first pile of garbage I received. Plus, I love their factory blemished sales. Those are killer deals when they happen like the two hammer drill kits I just got. As far as the garbage tools, they paid for return shipping and gave me my money back on all of them.
