A hint for any women who wear an XS size: I have found that a girls' large size fits me just fine, and the girls clothing is often available at a lower price than the women's version. For example, the Benton Springs fleece jacket is $14.90 for the girls version.

I'm wearing a Columbia fleece right now - the material feels thinner than a comparable UA or Nike fleece, but it somehow keeps just as warm. Lightweight. Sample size of one but I'm impressed.

Got one in blue for the wife, thanks OP. Even sweeter deal due to me having 5 dollars in Columbia points unused.

In for one Large Tall for $24.98 + tax. I lost my last one... Frown This is more of a pullover-type garment than a jacket, but it works for me. Arizona winters FTW! ;-)

If you don't mind snaps instead of Zip, you get a black one at an even better price than full zip.

Columbia Sportswear (1938) was established 30 years before North Face (1968) existed. That's playing the long con there waiting 30 years to copy another company and emulate them.
