We are allowed to apply and hold both cards but the disclaimer below apply says , bonus points won't be eligible for existing rewards club credit card
I have both cards and got the bonus on the 125k + 4x points signup bonus.

Guess I should've waited. Recently got this card at 125k bonus. Already have the older card.

Bummer, I always travel with family for vacation.
TSA precheck will cover you and any children 12 or under. Everyone has to have their own global entry pass though if traveling internationally.

I've been reading a lot on reddit about cards. I have good credit and was able to get the chase business ink card. My goal is to pay for my 10 year anniversary trip to Hawaii all on points. Right now I have a Capitol one card with 60k in points, the chase business ink with almost 120k in points. Any suggestions about my next one. Thinking this might be good but I don't travel a ton or vacation much (5 very young kids).
Get an Amex Hilton card. They usually have offers like $100 off $500 stay at Hilton, plus if you get enough points you can pay for a few nights. I did this in May and only things we paid out of pocket for were extras (helicopter tour and Snuba)

Doesn't IHG platinum elite card get you platinum status, which translates to Wyndham platinum?
My bad. It does give you Wyndham Platinum.

You can find other good deals. Many towns have rooms for 20k, when combining with 4th night free it's 60k for 4 nights in a place that's not outside of peak season. The downside is your hotel may be a few miles from downtown/the actual attraction but it's worth going to a place you actually want to. Point Breaks locations are hit & miss and you can't use your 4th night free.
So realistically this 140k bonus amounts to 8-10 nights worldwide?

No, points don't go in that direction. But you can transfer Chase Ultimate Rewards to IHG.

Since points break limits you to 2 nights maximum at each hotel, what's the realistic best redemption rate you'll find widely available? Is it easy to find 10k nights worldwide for 14 nights total with this offer?
The rule actually restricts you to no more than 2 reservations at the same hotel. Here's the excerpt:

"...Due to the limited availability, each member may only book two PointBreaks Reward Nights reservations per hotel during the special offer time period. "

After researching this (it's arisen a number of times before), I think I see where the confusion comes from. "PointBreaks Reward Nights" in this context doesn't refer to individual nights, it refers to Reward Night stays. It was kind of a confusing choice of words on their part.

People were apparently booking a bunch of consecutive 1 night stays to block out a time period that they might want to use, then cancel whichever they ultimately didn't want. Nobody else could use those nights until they decided that they didn't want them.

Does anyone know how long you stay active as a Caesers Diamond member if you get matched?
