These are the perfect thickness.

And I wouldn't go back to drawstring again; cross tie ensures no seepage in the trash tote outside!

Kroger does have this 120ct [kroger.com] for $9.49 but there's a cheaper SlickDeal posted for 200ct Kirkland brand at Costco for $14.68 if you patron that store

.69 mil seems on the thinner side. I thought .8 or .9 mil is the standard.

Comparing apples to apples: Glad Quick Tie [amazon.com](what came up when I googled Glad cross tie) is .66mil

You do you. If this offer isn't for you, check out the Kirkland one for $14.68 or other offers.

I'm stocked up fine now. Just bought some .9 mil house brand from my local grocery store's. My old supply of Target Up and Ups are .9 mil, too. Looks like Target's are now only .82 mil. But these are all drawstring bags. Their flap ties are .69 mil, though.

Do you need to buy 5 of them to get the $3.99 each? When does the deal end in store?

Don't see the bags in this week's ad, but assuming they are marked that way in store, it would end on Tuesday. You just need to buy any 5 of the "buy 5 get $5 off" items, which also includes things like BBQ sauce ($1.49 each, so $0.49 after discount) or salad dressing. If you go to Kroger.com and pull up this week's ad you will see some of the items that are included.

Your title says $4.99 but in your post, you mention $4.49. So which is it?
