Better know how and when you will use the GC because...

This has been going for a couple weeks now. The $5 card is 4000 points as well.

LOL, I had no idea bing rewards still existed. I thought SD put it out of business that first year it rolled out and we destroyed it getting major cashback deals. Ah the good ole days...
If you have an Xbox, the Rewards program makes it so you can do a lot of stuff for free.

I believe these gift cards expire, unlike the Xbox live gold redemptions for reward points. Awesome deal if you can redeem the gift cards before they expire (on games, subscriptions, movies, etc).

Recent 29,000 points deal for a year of gold (equivalent to 3 months of game pass ultimate @ $15 a month = $45) =
0.155 cpp (cents per point)

This deal for $10 @ 8,000 points = 0.125 cpp

EDIT: if you only value a year of gold at $40 (many online deals like this) then that's 0.138 cpp. Either way, still a good gift card deal.

Say I have $100 in gift cards on my account that expire in 10 months then I add these. When I buy something will it use the GC that expire first?

Does this automatically apply itself to the account I purchased it from? I have a ton of points sitting on an account I use primarily just for email. My Xbox is set up with a different Microsoft account. If I "purchase" the gift card on my email account, can I apply it to my "Xbox email" account?

It will apply to the account purchased from, but you can then use those credits to buy "gifts" for your other account, although not every single thing can be bought as a gift, most things can...

Their new deals on live are terrible. I'm holding out for a year of Xbox Live for under 30k. Hopefully it makes an appearance again. When was the 29k deal? Not sure how I missed that.

I have enough points for $45 worth of GC, so i'm preordering Cyberpunk 2077 for $15.
