You have info I don't have, what I see on the bag:

"While this 5lb bag contains pure Arm & Hammer baking soda we do not recommend using for baking as the granulation is designed specifically for cleaning and deodorizing"

"Do not recommend" would be your results may be non ideal, if it was not suitable for consumption it would so "Do not use"

Also from the true "industrial arm and hammer"product line:

Sodium Bicarbonate functions as a buffer, an acid neutralizer, a source of carbon dioxide, and a mild abrasive. It is an excellent odor absorber and it provides carbonate alkalinity. These useful functions make sodium bicarbonate an essential ingredient in pharmaceuticals, over-the-counter preparations, health and beauty aids, foods, water treatment and industrial applications from foam blowing to surface preparation.

Our quality management system insures adherence to the strictest specifications for purity. The wide selection of particle size distributions insures a perfect fit for your application.

It is all 100% sodium bicarbonate, industrial use ranges from pharmaceutical to cleaning.

Only difference is granular size, just add to your wet ingredients to dissolve.

If you have Sams club near you, it's 15 lbs for under $8. Bought one yesterday at Huntington Beach, CA location, price may vary on location.

Not correct per manufacturer the processing is NOT food grade its industrial grade so they don't recommend for food usage - wish it was food grade can't take any chances for use in food

The only actual benefit would be if you want it in bulk plus you can get a $1 digital credit if you pick slow shipping.

I can't find this. The closest one I can find is 4lb for 2.24 in my area

If that's what you're in to, I don't think you would really care what grade it is!
