These refurbs seem to be everywhere. Jabra sold 13,000 of them on eBay at this price recently. Are they that troublesome?.

I got the refurbs from Amazon for the deal posted a few weeks ago. There is constant white noise / hissing coming out of the left ear piece whenever there is any sound playing and there is audio imbalance so the left side sounds louder than the right. Do a google search for "elite 65t white noise" or "elite 65t hissing" or "elite 65t imbalance" and you'll see that SEVERAL people have these and can't resolve them. I'm working with Jabra to resolve this but these are likely going back.

I purchased these from Rakuten during Christmas and these are my fav wireless buds, I have tried and tested almost all brands and finally settled on these. If you dont want to spend the $235 on the airpods pro, then these are the absolute best you can get for the money.

These fit reall snug so really good for workouts.
Cuts off a lot of background noise passively due to the fit.
Also the App does have transarency and you can set it to hear background noise if you want to
These are dust and sweat resistant.
These lasted me more than a whole week of use on a single charge
Last but but not the least and the best is the call quality.
Most cheaper headphones have terrible call quality since they have shitty mics and no tech behing them.
These are absolutely as good in call quality like the plantronics voyager legend or the airbuds pro.

Things I did not like so much, the case is hard to open, if you havent figured out the right way, (you need to push down on the top lid instead of the bottom case)
The charger is microUSB and no wireless charging.

Even at $100 bucks these are a real good headphones atleast after the half dozen I went through.
Just sold my apple airpods after testing these out for a couple of years.

Earbuds are an extremely personal. I have ordered a few pairs on Amazon and returned them because they weren't right for me.

From what I have read on various sources, you can register these with Jabra to get the full 2 year warranty. I don't know if that's true when you order them "renewed" from Amazon.

I got a refurb pair from NewEgg last time they had the deal up. Mine looked new and have been working fine for the past month or so. I upgraded from an old Plantronics and am very pleased with the Jabras.

They are really good headphones. Reputable websites compare them to airpods. Although, like someone else said, they're personal and a lot of people buy them, try them on and if they don't think it's comfortable, it's returned. Sometimes it's also because a lot of people fear losing them and prefer to stick to headphones that are larger in size. It's a very perspective based purchase.

Android's Jabra App stops detecting the Earbuds and won't let me adjust the settings. I also get crackling noises when doing passthrough...other than that, it works alright.

This is nearly my exact experience. I also upgraded from plantronics and have been very satisfied with my refurbished Jabra elites. FWIW, I bought them for $56 with $17 in credit from Rakuten and was able to add the 2 year warranty after purchase.

I've heard these are excellent, but haven't tried them.
