I bought the rav power last week (16,400, $20) and love it. Anker is a great choice though.

Seems like you need an anger charging block with anger specific cables to charge it. Doesn't seem to charge with jus any UCB charge block.

Got the 10,000 version of this and the PD works great, charges note10 at 25 watts and hp and Lenovo Ultrabooks (Spectre x360 and c940) at 18watts which is enough to keep it going if only doing light use. The outer shell is a brushed plastic that feels better to me than the metal ones because it's not cold to the touch. I highly recommend. If you don't need power delivery, get a cheaper power bank.

Seems like a pretty decent deal. I have this other larger PD one, and it's great -- will even charge the Nintendo Switch while playing -- but sells for $100 right now:

I've heard good things about RAVPower, but I've had bad luck with older Aukey stuff. Their cables failed quickly and their charge adapters were "meh" at best. One of them melted the charge port on a phone, ruining it. I think I still have every Anker cable I've ever bought, save the ones from a 3-pack of cheap USB Micro 2.0 cables. I've only retired Anker chargers because power requirements went up.

The Aukey stuff seems about the same quality as Monoprice -- good for the price and maybe some gems if you get lucky, but mostly designed to be disposable. I'll pay more for the Anker stuff because I know it will last, but you can still wait for a good deal to pop up.

Anker is the highest quality, but not by much. They're also always the most expensive for batteries.

RAVPower is in the middle, and are the cheapest I'd trust to keep close to my body.

My Aukey jumpstart pack nearly exploded last year, but the connections inside broke due to the cells swelling. It only ever successfully started one vehicle. My normal Aukey battery pack keeps turning off from low load when I only have my iPhone plugged in.

I hope this helps.
