Maintenance manual:

https://download.lenovo.com/consu...201905.pdf

There is no reference to upgrading the ram so looks like you can't upgrade ram

to get to SSD, you have to remove several components including a main board.

That's not what the Q&A says:

Q: Can I add another 8GB RAM memory?
A: No. The RAM within the Lenovo IdeaPad Flex Pro model number 81TF0000US, is soldered to the motherboard.

Specs:
Memory Configuration1 x 8 GB (Onboard)
1 x 256 GB Integrated PCIe

By "integrated" I assume it is soldered or difficult to remove.

Nope. This is a rebranded yoga c920, RAM is soldered and no expansion slot onboard.

If display has good brightness and color this seems like a great deal. Hard to find any reviews though

If you're ok with the specs (8GB RAM, 256GB SSD), the price is good. Looks like we can upgrade nothing (except the OS).

The color is great, the brightness is good as long as you don't go out side.

I bought this computer/tablet last October and would not suggest it.The option to turn the laptop into a tablet is awesome, however it is not able to play my AT&T TV streaming service without a lot of skipping and buffering. I bought a HP convertible a month later for less money and that was much better device.

I think Costco has better deal than this as they are offering 512GB SSD for the same $549.99 and with Costco's 2 years warranty, free technical support and 90 days free returns.
Specs are:
Intel® Core™ i5-8265U Processor at 1.6GHz
8GB DDR4 (1-DIMM) 2400MHz RAM
Microsoft® Windows 10 Home (64 bit)
512GB M.2 NVMe Solid State Drive
14" Touchscreen LED-backlit IPS FHD (1920 x 1080) Display
2GB NVIDIA GeForce MX230 Graphics

The only downside is it has $9.95 shipping and handling fee. If anyone interested here is the link
