No need to spend the fifty cents for the personal finance one. Choose "other editions" and you'll see "The Prosperity Bible" for free, which seems to include the same works.

LOL I used some credits too....more books I'll never read. Between ebooks and games I have enough to keep me busy for 2 or 3 lifetimes.

As someone interested in the Stoics, that eBook alone made it all worth it. I couldn't find a copy less than $8.
Thanks!

The word Ultimate is a little far-reaching, IMO.

I took a look at the Classic Tales of Horror. There isn't a detailed table of contents beyond the first volume. Seems to be a single story by each author. Clocks in at 842 pages.

If you want the mother-lode of horror stories, I can recommend this collection that I picked up last month for a whopping .99. (50 cents more, but you get an extra 22,501 pages).

Poe, Edgar Allan. HORROR/GOTHIC Boxed Set: 550+ (Halloween Edition):: The Dunwich Horror, Frankenstein, The Hound of the Baskervilles, Wuthering Heights, The Beetle… . JA. Kindle Edition. [amazon.com] (Kindle eBook) .99

There are 23,343 pages of stories/novels in this collection broken down volume then by author (and for a specific author there can be anything from a single story to multiple collections of stories/novels).

So for example, Robert E Howard has 7 collections
De Montour, John Kirowan, Other Cthulhu Mythos Stories, Other Horror Stories, Other Weird Menace, The Faring Town Saga, Weird West

M. R. James has 3 collections: Ghost Stories of an Antiquary, Ghost Stories of an Antiquary Part 2, A Thin Ghost and Others

A nice selection of Poe, some Lovecraft (Herbert West-Reanimator The Dunwich Horror The Shunned House Dagon The Picture in the House The Outsider The Music of Erich Zann From Beyond), Lafcadio Hearn, Le Fanu, Robert Louis Stevenson, and the list goes on and on and on.
