Cardcash [cardcash.com] has Target eGift Cards on sale from 8-10% Off. Save an additional 2% w/ code TARGETDEAL code expired. Usually codes are received within 5 minutes.

NOTE on Cardcash: Buy only what you can use within 45 day guarantee window, these are are not recommended for gifting but are great for personal use.

But because of the nature of the gift card reseller market - if there is an issue, please send an email to slickdeals@cardcash.com. CardCash buys gift cards from ordinary gift card owners who may choose to continue to use the card's value fraudulently. You should test the gift cards as soon as you receive them and consume or transfer the value (ability to do this will vary by merchant) soon after. CardCash offers a 45 day money back guarantee.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

I bought two $25 cards a few minutes ago, received the information in an email and just added them to my Target app. Worked flawlessly. Paid with PayPal. Credit Card companies are looking for any excuse to flag fraud these days.
I bought and received only $5 on $20 gift card... No customer service..have sent an email..hope to receive my money back.

I have been screwed over on a best buy gc. Never again. These sites should not be posted as deals. I suggest downvote such merchants from reaching FP.

Make sure you use the gift card within the 45 days. CardCash WILL NOT cover you after that.

I tend to agree with that. Seems like big risk for small reward.

The issues are the sellers of the gift cards to Cardcash, not Cardcash. Use within 45 days, track your balance and buy these with a credit card and you will be fine. I save thousands per year buying gift cards and I never lose any money on them.

Everyone who is saying to add the GC to your Target acct and then move it over to another card are still missing something. Let's say that GC was stolen, the original owner calls it in to Target and then they can just do a simple search for that card number and find out that you added it into your acct. Now Target can come after you. This has happened to me twice with Starbucks and Subway cards. Both of them froze my accts. How do you know Target wouldn't work the same way?

Through card cash?

Edit: Nevermind. My order wasn't processed. It says it tagged me as high risk for fraud. Yay. I tried to buy an even, low'ish amount for Starbucks and Target. Not even $100 total. I guess I'll take this as a sign it isn't a deal for me. Thanks anyway, OP.

Buy a card from Target and load it to your Target account. Merge the balance from these discount cards to your new Target card (make this your primary) Now you shouldn't have to worry about 45 day window (only you know PIN on the primary)
Won't stop target from deactivating the card if it was bought with a fraudulent card.

Why would it matter who you bought it from?

Bought 6 $25 cards - 5 worked and one was empty. Bought with Paypal credit. If I don't get another card I will file a complaint with PP.
