Was browsing home depot's PC this evening and came across this in store. Purchased two of them at $24 each. YMMV with stock and price on this, reviews are solid and for the price its hard to beat.

Two questions

1. Would someone explain how to reinforce this to be stronger. I placed a piece of granite on top for use outside as a counter by bbq

2. Would someone explain what kind of casters they added to make mobile. Id like to do the same on a second table for garage or storage unit.

Pictures are helpful or links to you tube too

Thank you.

TL;DR -- I got one for $23 (including tax) today at Hayward (CA) Home depot, and there is more in stock!

I have been tracking this product for couple of weeks now, visited 3 Home depots in Bay area. Most of them had no stock (or I couldn't find them in the store), or they were priced $56.

Union city (CA) didn't have any in stock, while the HD at Ice house Terrace (Fremont) had 2 in stock at $48. But in Hayward (CA), last week I found 6 in stock -- when scanned, it came up $48, so I walked away.

Today I went there to return another item, took a stroll through the same aisle where I saw the workbench, and saw all of them were still there!! I got a rep at the lumber section to help me carry one to the cashier, showed her the HD app showed $21 (their internal scan showed $48) -- but the head cashier decided to give me at $21 (yay!)

If anyone is in the bay area, and still looking for this, go to Hayward HD -- walk to the back side where the radial arm saw station is (for cutting lumber) -- you will find nearly 5 workbench boxes right under the saw Smilie

I have posted my rcpt as an attachment, HTH in scoring yours for the same price.

The app pulled up a melamine top for $21...not the same product. I argued it was their app that did that...and invited her.to use her phone (not the scanner). She got the same result (of course!) , so she scratched her head a bit and allowed what it showed.

Just tell them the $48 pricing has been around since November 4th 2019, would you further lower the price like other home Depot , to $24. That's what I did with my local HD and I got 3 at $24, they had 7 in stock at the time

So you guys got the price match by referring to other hd price of $24 without having to show them other stores actually had those for $24?

Got one price matched to the $21 price from the receipt someone posted from the Hayward Home Depot. They still had 2 left in the store. The scanned price came up at $40. Thank you!
