How odd that buying in bulk (the bigger capacity) doesn't net you a bigger discount.

The first link is for the nvme drive. The second and third link are not.

Thanks for clarifying, but confusing none the less. Shouldn't lump a sata drive under an nvme post. I could see someone easily making a purchase mistake here.

Depending on your tax situation, Newegg Ebay store has the same starting price of $99 and a 10% Ebay discount. Total may be less than Newegg site. Was for me.

edit: Ebay code good until 2/23/2020 TENOFFNOW

This is DRAM-less...which appears to be a deal breaker for a lot of folks. Worry not, however. This drive still performs well without the DRAM! This is also uses TLC NAND...which is better/has more endurance than QLC NAND that you frequently see at this price level.

This is a better buy than the Crucial P1, and if we can believe Tweaktown, better than the Intel 660 P. Keep in mind both the Crucial and the Intel use QLC. A lot of the praise for this drive goes to the 1 TB capacity....keep in mind with SSDs like this smaller capacities actually perform worse.

With SSD prices on the rise, because *reasons,* this is a nice buy. Sure, you're better off with an Inland Premium 1 TB if you could still find it for $100. But as of now I think it's around $130-140.

I didn't think so. It showed at the top of the Ebay page when I went to the link.

read before bark, title states 1TB NVMe - others ARE listed as SATA wave
nowhere does it say those are NVMe in title or anywhere else Roll

You snooze, you looze like I did. Both ebay and Newegg are OOS and/or price increased.
Didn't take long.
I always used the little Shopping Insight bar graph on the bottom of the Newegg page as an indicator of product sold/remaining and it's been stuck at 73% sold for hours. Next time I'll jump fast.

What is the DEAL with most stores being out of 2tb 970 evo plus for weeks now? It was selling like hotcakes and so Samsung still doesn't manufacture some new ones? (they themselves have been out for weeks.)

I have 3 slots that can all run up to 4.0x4, so thought about just getting the 1tb.... but as more things need more and more space (such as 4k video from cameras) and me hating to get sata ones to slow down transfers... I'd rather get the 2tb and leave a slot open to decide later how much I need on the final slot.
