I'm tempted to get their Vizio 55" M558-G1 [ebay.com]. It is $550 new at BestBuy [bestbuy.com] or $356 refurbished after coupon.
did you make your mind about buying from this seller? other than 90 days warranty, do we get anything else? I mean 90 days are frankly very less.
In case you can spend more

Ooh $470 kind of splits the difference between the refurb price and the BestBuy price. Tempting..

It says there are only 3 left..

Vipoutlet is owned by Walmart and sells broken and used crap, period. They only sell Walmart store returns, these are not actually refurbished and certainly are not authorized by any manufacturer. They sell junk, but all the suckers that buy from them will find that out the hard way. Read through the thousands of negative feedbacks vipoutlet has on eBay if you don't believe me. Terrible seller that is clearly getting a push from eBay and slickdeals on this "deal".
I noticed they're from Roger's, AR which is Walmart's HQ.

This is a Vizio M series 55" same seller for $260 after 15% coupon

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vizio-55-Class-4K-2160P-Smart-LED-TV-M557-G0/123968248907?epid=3031819143&h... [ebay.com]

Looks like a better deal. I have a 60" Samsung KU6300 from a few years ago though and really like the picture.

Edit: And another Vizo M series 55". I don't know the difference between them.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vizio-55...78f9d8a402

Looks like the first one might be better with 16 local dimming zones.
Yeah they have 3 different Vizio M-series. I was looking at the best one. Its 50% brighter (600 vs 400 nits) and has 90 local dimming zones compared to 10 or 16.

I've had pretty good luck with VIP outlet. Got my 12.9 256GB IPad Pro cellular from them for about $500 off of retail. Still had 8 months of Apple warranty.

Cheapest deal for 4k 55 tv? Looking to replace old 52in monster sony in bedroom. Hopefully this would look better than a Sony from 2010.
I don't know how much 5 inches matter butI saw an Onn 50 in 4k with Roku for $218 at Walmart

Now there's only one left. It's from a 3rd party seller, but it says you can return it to Walmart..

But would I pay 30% more ($114) for a new one with full warranty?

Any idea how Citi's Costco card works, if it extends the warranty on an eBay refurbished purchase?

With the dimming zones comes dimming DSE jail bars. The trade off for better blacks will give you worse panel unifornity.

You would think it would be the opposite. See Rtings.

By the way, if you wait for the Vizio 2020 series they are fixing the horrible scaling issue on all there sets plus other changes as well. Most likely to fight against TCL. Vizio in 2020 will probably kill most of the competition with a new advance series.

Good luck on panel lottery.

Vizio is going OLED.....let the panel wars begin....

Cool... I have a 2018 Vizio PQ and the upscaling is pretty bad. A 4K blu-ray player really helps with DVD content, but my HD cable channels (for sports especially) don't look great.

If only that new upscaling algorithm could be provided to existing TVs via a software update..

Not a bad price but not sure if it is low enough to take a seller refurbished product.
Personally I would pay more to get a brand new one.
