AFAIK, all extra virgin olive oils are first cold pressed. Otherwise it will not qualify to be called extra virgin olive oil. This is just a marketing stunt in my humble opinion.

For anyone near an Aldi, the regular price for their 500ml extra virgin olive oil is $3.79 - $3.99.

Is this any better than Wholefoods' Mediterranean blend EVOO at $6.99 for one liter? This one is a European blend despite saying imported from Italy.
