I have this tent and hate it. The front room is a gimmick and is only another zipper to open everytime you want to go in the tent . If it rains the front gets soaked.

Strongly considering just cutting the webbing off the front of the tent.

Not to mention the floor! It's great if the weather is dry. But if it rains, that area is not only wet, it's usually got debris or mud stuck to it too. Makes packing a mess, and takes extra time at home setting it up to dry - then clean, and let the clean up dry.

I don't like the tents that have the small "built in mud mat" out front either. Same problem.

It really depends on how you'll use the tent. A screen room can be nice, especially if you camp in areas where bugs can be a problem. The extra "room" helps keep the main room clean as well. Personally I'm more of a fan of convertible sunrooms (or whatever you call them) with sides that can be nearly completely zipped/unzipped to provide more protection and versatility.

Keep size differences in mind as well. I made a point to measure campsites where we go and I've found just about everyplace a 10'x14' tent will fit (I actually just bought a 12'x14' tent based on that data gathering) but YMMV depending on the types of places you go.

The screen room on this is a nice feature, but it's not covered and the stuff you store in there will get wet.

I have this one, unless two people are sleeping in the awning, it sleeps 4 comfortably. Great quality, pretty standard setup times, but of fumbling with the tent poles but it is to be expected.
