Dow GREAT STUFF PRO Gaps and Cracks 24oz Lowe's $2.40 YMMV

OK, I am using these words carefully, but do believe this is a true p.r.i.c.e. m.i.s.t.a.k.e. (don't want to set off a bunch of peoples alerts!)

Stopped into Lowe's yesterday for a couple of items and saw this one by chance. Grabbed 3 cans for home use.

Dow Great Stuff Pro GREAT STUFF PRO Gaps and Cracks 24-oz Spray Foam Insulation $2.40 each

All others of this size are in the $12 - $15 range each. Think someone might of missed the 1.

This product does also require the foam gun for use and don't forget the yellow can cleaner!

ONLY BUY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN USE IN THE NEXT 12 MONTHS OR LESS. This product does not store well for long periods of time.

EDIT: Oddly enough, online shows that this item is not available in my state, but bought it in store yesterday.

Does brickseek show 2.40 from the store you bought it in?

It does. But the Lowe's website does not show as clearance, just that this is the 'normal' price. That is why I think it is a PM.

Thank you! I'm running into the same issue, not available in my state. But brickseek has the regular price with quantity in stock. I'll keep monitorint. Thanks for the find!

Definitely not a price mistake. Lowe's always has huge markdown prices

It's NOT on clearance though. That is the point.

That's the case with almost everything with a big price drop. There is hardly ever any indication that the price has significantly dropped.

I've been using the low expansion for windows and started sealing between the studs. This will go a lot further for the bigger gaps, hope gun isn't a lot.
