16 oz bag cost $6 back in January so this a good value. Slightly more and separated portions. I'm on keto so having some nuts are good for snacks. peanuts have too many carbs and macadamia nuts have too many calories for smaller portions

I buy the lightly salted blue diamond all the time and it is very low in carbs not sure why this one is like this Confused

That's not correct. There are 6 gr of carbs per 1 oz serving and 3 gr of fiber, total 3 net carbs. That's right off the 16 oz bag in my pantry. You can adjust the amounts since this is 1.5 oz.

yes ur right. I just checked the 25 oz bag and that's what it says. Not sure where those people came up with that answer
