40 bucks shipped and includes a PSU. Ideal candidate for a budget build/spare parts build IMHO. Surprised this isn't getting more love, especially given the price of PSUs these days.

Per the specs:

For drives: 1 x Internal 3.5" Drive Bays, 3 x Internal 2.5" Drive Bays

For fans, looks like up to 5 120mm fans can be installed (1 incuded)

Front: 2 x 120mm fan (optional)
Top: 2 x 120mm fan (optional)
Rear: 1 x 120mm fan (Pre-installed)

I would look over the PSU specs carefully if you are going to try to cut it this close to the limit.

For one, the limit quoted is on all power busses/rails combined. On most PSUs, there are several power rails, +5V, +12V, etc., and many times they are split into several more, e.g. the ATX connector for the motherboard is often on a dedicated rail.

What this means is you might not have enough juice for a discrete graphics board, because there isn't a rail with enough power on it. It also may lack a discrete GPU connector, too. Again, I would check the specs before assuming.

Nice price IMO. Around $40 with tax for both PSU and Case with no hassle on rebates. It's perfect for my next budget build.

Dumb question... is there only the one spot to mount a drive at the very bottom? I don't see any other drive bay/cages/spots? Nor do I see any mounts for fans... might be some but it only shows side/profile view and not an angled view of the inside front/back wall.

Found a YT Video overview with more pictures, not bad for price. Link to user manual [rosewill.com].

400watt enough for

B450 itx MB, 32GB RAM, 2700x, 580 or 5600 video card. I think I may be pushing the limits though.

The last 580 I built with had a 500W spec for the PSU from the manufacturer. I'd spend a bit more dough on a name brand PSU given the price of you other parts. This case/PSU would be good for old parts or a budget APU build IMHO.

Awesome for a cheap rig. In for one to piece together a low profile HTPC for the living room.

No, it's not enough frankly.
