Thank you. I got one. Repped.
I've been waiting a while for decent deal on the 1650 Super. Getting it for an RX 570 price is a no brainer.
Upgrading from a GTX 1050 that can barely handle a 4k output.

BTW, associate's code gave me an $8 discount.

Stick. Even the 1660 isnt even a big upgrade from a 1060, only 10% better. Get a 1660super or higher.

For those who has older systems (5yr) or more, probably this is the best card you could use without your CPU bottlenecking the GPU, unless you have an older i7 chip and overclocked really high. Not a bad deal if you don't mind the rebate. I personally don't like rebates so to each their own.

Would your advice include a Core i5 4570s?

Yes. That includes that as it is an older i5 chip.

I mean, technically you can have a higher card if you wanna run like 1440p or 4k, but then, the older the chip is, the more obvious the bottleneck is. You end up not using your gpu to its highest potential. The only reason why I would do that or advice anyone to do that is if they 1) see a great deal on a better gpu/high end gpu and 2) they are eventually (like within the next few months) gonna upgrade their pc to the current chip builds, and plan on using that gpu for that build.
