I didn't upload anything after the rejection email. Somehow the warranty was extended automatically from Samsung side

Yeah they wouldn't accept mine.

Anyways anyone having issues with playback? Everything was perfect until all my apps started acting up unable to play files or programs ie netflix, Amazon prime, external hard drive files.

Did a smart hub reset which worked for a few hours and it's back to the same problem. I did another reset and doesn't help at all. Smh I'll contact their support soon

I'd recommend using an external device for streaming. Like a Roku or Nvidia shield. I've done this for years with a ks8000. It's capable of smart functionality, but the external devices are typically better
