have this TV, bought from local seller for $1350, last year, but that was different story. For this price, I wouldn't hesitate to buy with extended warranty.

Few things to mention.

1. this does not support DV. If you watch Disney+ most of the time, I'd consider LG OLED. Have C9 77inch as well, which shines perfect with Disney+ and DV. Samsung has excellent bringhtness ( this tv has around 1300 nits at max if I am not mistaken, one of the brightest TV i have seen), good for living room, LG I kept for bedroom.

2. HDMI is ARC , no eARC support. again, C9 supports eARC. not much deal breaker, but more useful if you have heavy bandwidth video and audio ( including Lossless Atmos)

I installed with this NO GAP WALL MOUNT [amazon.com], probably that's one of the best part I'd say, apart from it seamlessly works with Samsung Q90R soundbar.

For this price, I'd definitely get another one ( If I didn't have the LG C9 77" ).

Thanks OP! Pulled the trigger! 30 day return eases me a bit. Hoping I don't get a lemon!

For people asking, this is technically the same as the latest Q90R but without the filter which allows better viewing angle. I think it is a good compromise since the 75" size means in many cases you'll probably still be watching it dead center. Apart from that, this is a great TV.

OLED is still king but if you don't care about burn in or view a TV under bright lights which is what I usually do. For me, the trade offs are worth it.

Looks good... Ordered one. Anyone with experience buying refurbished from Walmart how is the delivery? Do they inspect it on delivery and are there any concerns if it's damaged or you choose to return it after delivery?
I've had terrible experiences with Walmart and refurbished TV's but YMMV. Got a 75" Samsung Q7 last summer and the first one arrived damaged once I unpacked it and noticed a scratch on the screen. I returned to the store and it took them forever to accept it. Since it was a large item and walmart.com is a separate entity from the physical stores, they gave me a hard time. I was finally able to return and got a replacement order placed. Two weeks later I picked up the replacement and didn't even accept the box. It had a huge puncture hole in the box that went all the way through the screen. I returned it and went straight to Costco. Paid more but got a new product.

Everyone's raving over this deal made me pull the trigger. Basement is still in the beginning stages of being finished but you guys got me all excited to jump on this deal. Will have to set it up in the guest bedroom to make sure things check out within the first 30 days. Went with the 4 year warranty plan as well.

I have been watching 75" TVs for a few months in the $1,500 price range. All but settled on the Sony 900F, only because I never dreamed I would be able to budget this TV. I was wrong. Bought one with the four year warranty!

For those that can get this TV...this is the deal of the decade on an LCD

Much better TV than the TCL or Vizio PX...and for about the same money

$99 three year warranty makes its a no brainer

Surprised it lasted as long as it did.

This has to be a candidate for best tv deal of the year.

How does this compare to Costco's Samsung 75" Offering (QN75Q7DRAFXZA) ? 2019 Q7D QLED. Costco will have it on sale for 1750.00 soon with a 5 year member warranty. I pulled the trigger on this one with a 3 year warranty, but unless the 2019 Q7D model is worse than the 2018 Q9 here, I imagine the Costco deal is better. Opinions?

Just noticed it has a big box with all the connections and no Alexa. Might cancel my order.
I have my TV setup where the wires for gaming consoles plug into a HDMI wall plate below a shelf and 2 HDMI's cables run up the wall to behind the TV area. My current MU800 has a small box that hangs behind the TV.
