Plan on replacing the wifi card on this if you get one. The Realtek card it comes with is complete garbage. I ended up replacing with an intel card. Not a deal breaker if you will be using Ethernet. YMMV.

I've had a tremendous amount of problems in less than 2 years with my Flex 14 I got from Costco. I would not recommend it based on my experience. The latest issue is the battery seems to be going... as my machine just went from 45% to 10% to shutting itself off in less than 60 seconds. I've also had a lot of issues with screen flickering when the power is low, and it appears to be a common problem.

It's a shame they didn't build a reliable machine, because I really like it when I don't have these other issues.

I'm looking for a good $500-600 non-gaming laptop. Specs look great! Why isn't this getting more thumbs up?

I bought this at x-mas time. It is pretty good. The screen is nice and it is quite peppy As others have said, the realtek chip sux, but I got an Intel one from Amazon for like $12 and it has been perfect since. I paid $550 and I love it. I highly recommend.

This really checks a lot of boxes. I wish that 4GB wasn't soldered so it could be upgraded to 16GB. Anyone know if the slot with 8GB could take a 16GB stick?

If the weight is really 3.5lbs this would be nice and light.
