I've been looking for a 14" laptop under $400 for a bit. Tired of waiting for the Motile to drop back down...I think this might be a winner? Someone talk me out of this.
  • 1080p
  • 8GB ram
  • Decent SSD already there
  • Very good processor
No backlit keyboard is a bit of a bummer but I think I can live with it for the price and this other stuff.

Wait for a while, you'll get better options.

Yeah the Walmart site doesn't confirm 1080p, whereas Costco does. Walmart reviews also complain about the screen, so I'd rather spend 10 more and confirm that.

Why $9.99 shipping even if picking up in store?
Do they have these in store so you don't have to pay shipping?

The Walmart version (14-dq1040wm) is 1366 x 768.

Here are the specs for the Costco version.

Searching the model "14-dq1040wm" says 1366 x 768. The Costco is definitely the better route with 1080p.

Is this available in-store? Just got an email advertising this but the website page seems to have been pulled.
