I'll rephrase if it helps...
You will get to watch at the highest quality (4k) on iTunes, even though you technically hold only the HD rights.

That is because any iTunes bundle deal that end with .99 is considered HD.
But you get the highest quality if you buy from iTunes.
So, like mentioned, you will get the 4k versions on iTunes but MA versions will be 1080p only.

720p is usually considered HD. SD is 480p. Usually 1080p will be "Full HD" and 4k will be "Ultra HD"

I'm currently watching it via Apple TV. It's 4K HDR, Dolby Vision. Title is fine.
