Fulltone [fulltone.com]just sent me a "Lockdown" promotion that seems to be 15% off of everything they have except blem models with code: STIMULUS.

Fulltone is most famous for the OCD Overdrive pedal. They have plenty of other "hits" in the pedal world, but the OCD definitely is best known. Every pedal I have tried from them has been excellent IMO.

Enter the 'STIMULUS' code during checkout.

Email I received can be viewed HERE [outlook.com].

Sample Deals:NOTE: Fulltone does quite a bit of work on their pedals by hand and there will be some lead time. Michael Fuller stated he will personally test and sign every pedal ordered during this lockdown promo. He's a legend in the pedal industry so worth the wait IMHO. He states:

"Please be patient during this Virus Lock-down, if might take a couple of weeks! Items generally ship within 1-7 days. We offer "3 day tryout," you may return the item for a full refund minus all shipping costs (restrictions apply)"

It also looks like Sweetwater is matching some of these prices- at least with the OCD they are. Here's the Sweetwater Link [sweetwater.com].

You may get the pedal faster from Sweetwater, but you get the signed and personally tested by Michael Fuller pedals direct. From the "feel good" standpoint I also like buying from Fulltone direct, though hey- nothing wrong with supporting Sweetwater, too. Just my $0.02.

I used an older fulldrive 2 for years and loved it! Great peddles and reasonably priced.

I pulled the trigger on the CS-Ranger as can't find any used and the lowest new price I'd seen (until today) was $214, but the FullDrive 2 or 3 was a close second. LOVE that OD. To my ear, I'd take that pedal over the OCD. (Except maybe that Germanium OCD...)

A take it FWIW- if you need a tremolo pedal consider auditioning a Fulltone Supa-Trem. I went down the rabbit hole a couple years ago trying out a bunch of them- even made one myself. I bought a Supa-Trem 1. The Supa-Trems [fulltone.com] are phenomenal. No 'tone suck' (i.e. tone darkening/treble rollofff) that I could detect and that can be an issue with trem pedals. From what I understand all the same effect circuit but with different form factors, bells and whistles.

The Supa-Trem Jr vid on their site sounds fantastic!

Terrible font and unfortunate power input placement aside, the OCD is a great sounding pedal. If it's still a little out of your price range, Electro-harmonix makes a clone called "The Glove" that also sounds excellent and can be found used for around $40 or so (at least that's how much I paid for mine). That's what's on my board now.

Supa-trem is tempting. Problem is I'd still need to use a more versatile trem/wave with it and that's always a headache. No doubt it can handle a chain but anybody know how it might pair with a EHX memory man and Earthquake Bit Commander? And other glitchy pedals.

The OCD pedal is sweet. But, I have an Xtomp Mini and it does an awesome job of emulating that pedal and like 80 other pedals for around $70.

Check it out.

I have one of these also. Love it. The true Swiss Army Knife of pedals. It does a good job and gets you in the wheelhouse of tons of classic pedals and amps. It's actually the reason i tried a Fulldrive in the first place, as i dig the xtomp version. That said, somehow I still wind up wanting some of the original pedals it models stuff on. Maybe psychological but sometimes the real thing sounds just a bit better (to me, but their OCD is good, no arguments here). And if theres ever a SD out there on an Xtomp i also recommend grabbing one. Fun stuff.

Yeah, the Xtomp is awesome. But, yeah I might try out the Super-Trem to help out the local businesses and the economy. Wink
