I had lousy luck with 2 biddeford electric blankets. Both failed. I will say that biddeford replaced them both. Better luck with sunbeam.

So, I suppose there's an electrical cord attached to the blankets and mattress pad.

Are the controls connected with wires too?

Do all the wires disconnect and you just make sure the connections dry for a few day before you can connect them again???

Thanks

I doubt these get very warm, I have bought several brands recently and communist style government regulations have limited how warm blankets get to "keep us safe". Buy a mattress pad instead, they haven't regulated those out of heat yet...

If I am wrong on this blanket, please let me know, I would love to have one that actually gets warmer than room temperature.

And see my luck is the opposite. The Sunbeam ones are trash and I've had good luck with the biddefords.
