Did you have digital credits?
Free for me too. When i clicked this in a browser, it allowed me to get for $0. When i viewed the rental in Prime app, it displayed .99. I went back to browser and completed free transaction.

Me too...and I get to keep it (and no, I don't have any Amazon credits)!Smilie
You may want to keep an eye on your account. I thought this before as well when I tried to rent a movie... I then tried placing an order a few days later and knew I had a courtesy credit on my account.

Well... come to find out when I tried renting it for $.99 Amazon charged it as a purchase for $9.99.

On the original page when "renting" it showed "promo" instead of purchase price of $0.00 so I figured I jus used a my digital credit. Nope.

I'm tellin ya... keep an eye on your account. It's not going to be free.

On a related topic, anyone know the search string to pull up all the movies on Prime that are available for 99c rental (ie exclude ones that are free on Prime)

Our cross country coach took our team to see this in theaters. Not my kind of movie, but sweet. Our coach cried the entire time.
I'm not crying - you're crying!

(Me, husband to an amazing coach I married, just watching the trailer)

This looks like some covert Christian garbage.

If you're going to be religious, just be truthful about it.

Don't try to wrap it up and make it look like a legit movie.

Thumbs down.

We just watched this tonight. It is definitely a Christian movie. Seemed clear to us going in so not sure how others were tricked. Had Christians and not in the group plus 2 kids that ran cross country (but didn't enjoy that sport) and all thought it was a sweet story. Was definitely a "legit" movie. We had BluRay though and best part was the movie in "60 seconds" in the special features. We were cracking up.

Definitely not free for me as it took full price from my digital credits. Pretty sneaky how it shows cost of $.00. Luckily it was easy to cancel for refund.
