Crocs absolutely are fugly, but after multiple foot surgeries I have found they actually do offer good support for the whole foot and adequate cushion (on my hardwood floors) for around the house. At this price, it's a TU.
I would check the bottoms on these if you are going to wear them outdoors at all.
I had Crocs that had these cavities in the sole design that would pick up little pebbles or pieces of gravel. Then you walk into the house and wonder where those scratch marks on your nice wood floor came from.

You can't look back, there were no shoes before Birkenstock, only bare feet.

It's always amazing to write garbage like this and misspell words. #moron

Legit question, when do people wear these? I've seen nurses wear them at the hospital but where else? Surely you dont wear them to work or going out to eat or anything? So when?

Crocs Adult LiteRide Clog Black/Slate has larger sizes
If they are anything like most brands, men's and women's don't actually have differences aside from color and are generally 1.5 sizes bigger, so If you wear a 10 men's, 11.5 should fit if you get a women's shoe.

Can you remove the strap holding the heel?
You flip the heel strap forward to sit forward on the croc
