Free shipping to most addresses in the continental US.

This planer is selling for about a hundred bucks more at Home Depot. Seems like a great price for an entry level jointer. Probably a good option for weekend woodworkers who would rather not justify $400 for a Delta. Replacement blades seem readily available for OEM and after market.
  • Features a spacious 6-1/4 x 28-1/2 inch table and a two-blade 6-1/8 inch cutterhead
  • 10-amp motor provides up to 20,000 cuts per minute anywhere from 0 to 1/8 of an inch in size
  • Onboard depth scale makes for easy adjustments to the depth of cut
  • Adjustable 20-3/4 x 4-1/2 inch fence bevels up to 45 degrees in either direction
  • Includes a push stick, a push block, an adjustable 2-1/2-inch dust chute, a dust filter bag, and a two-year warranty

I've been waiting for a jointer and now of all times it's cheap. Ugh.

I'm not finding this or any parts on Amazon for this jointer. Interesting...

Wish this was carried at Lowe's so I could try and price match and use my gift cards.

I want to buy this so badly....but a Grizzly is just $325+$49 shipping....I feel like I'd rather have the peace of mind of a cast body over WEN's heavy duty plastic.

Grizzly link for reference: https://www.grizzly.com/products/...nter/G0725

Thumbs up regardless....I may still pull the trigger.

I can't say I agree with ya there, Chief. I have a few WEN power tools. Considering the price I paid, I have been satisfied with them all. Is my WEN power hand planer comparable to a similar Dewalt? I don't know, but it does what it was designed to do, and at 1/4 the cost of the Dewalt. What more can I ask for from a power tool?

Amazon is hiding a lot of products due to current events.

At that point wouldn't it just be worth it to go with the spiral head for $450?

Before spending $375 on the Grizzly I would probably spend $400 on the cast iron Delta from my local Lowe's or Home Depot.

If you don't do jointing often and have a router in a table, you can use the router as a jointer. Put a straight bit in, Put fence so it is alignment with bit. Then clamp a 1/16 " thin piece of material on fence after bit (or if fence has movable sections, adjust before half fence a 1/16" less). Now route your edge. May need a few passes. This is essentially a jointer rotated 90 degrees.
