Feels a bit overpriced to me, though I haven't priced out each component. Also, considering the rest of the build, ram should be at least 32GB.

Zero reason to buy this when the 10-series Intel chips are right around the corner. And 16gb of 2666 ram...what is that, like $50?.

Thought this was expensive but building a barebones pc with this spec comes to $2385. You might make some changes and bring this down but probably not a lot cheaper and the HP one is pre built as well. Here is the pc partpicker list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YstVb8.

Because it is overpriced. The most cost will be the cpu and gpu.. doing a quick google search, a EVGA 2080 Ti is around $1100 and the i9 9900k is at $530 so that's $1630. No way the rest of the parts are $670.

Bought the i7 9700k version of this for $1700 last August. Motherboard is very crippled. Case is tiny, 2080ti is reference design with blower. I ended up changing the case to a fractal r6, added custom water cooling to 2080 ti. Next gonna upgrade mobo. Basically built my own pc again.

Still over $2k for this combo? I built a very similar config but with better memory for around $1800 by shopping around. Helps if you know how to put a PC together.

I just bought a hp omen boelisk at hp with a i9-9900k , rtx 2080ti with just the standard hd and only 8gb ram( is cheaper to add your own) for $1840+ tax. Plus if you go through savings.com you get a $250 paypal rebate. That makes the pc $1590. Wont find a pc anywhere else for that price. Cant even buy the cpu and gpu on sale for that.
