people were saying even if connected on same network you cant access local storage on the basestation unless there is access to the internet still.
big turn off there for those who want true local experience.
Assuming normal functions of recording based on motion still work as normal with no internet (you just wont recieve notifications on phone), if they fixed the issue of relying on internet still just to connect to the local storage, then the Eufy system becomes a nice option to those who cant run cat wiring for true POE
then only problem is battery life for the camera itself.. still no solar option from eufy.
