Why do they only Tmobile version of Samsung?

This is individual selling phones right? Ebay for cell phones?
Kinda but they have really strickly protection plans for buyers in case phone came with some issues like icloud, etc. If you have that issue they will do force refund after seller has no contact within 24h.

Cool
What protection does seller have?
I hate ebay buyers not as described claims

Any idea when and how we get the card? I ordered a phone on April 5th and it shows as shipped, but the Mint part of the order doesn't show any kind of shipping info. For those that have received their Mint plan, did you get it from Swappa or directly from Mint? Any prior email or contact from Mint or did it just show up in the mail one day? I'm assuming the seller of the phone has nothing to do with the Mint part of the sale. Thanks for the guidance on how this process works.
You get it directly from Mint and it just shows up 3-4 days. Mine did by UPS. No email or anything.

At what point during the checkout do you see the Mint offer? I've gotten all the way to the Pay Now button at PayPal with no mention of the Mint deal. I'm hesitant to actually purchase a phone and "hope" I get the deal. Is that the way it actually works?

Ended up picking up a phone Sunday morning, delivered yesterday. No Mint card nor mention of it anywhere aside the first link that I clicked.

Here's to hoping the sim kit just shows up like another post said.

I'll answer my own question. I went ahead and bought a phone hoping the 3-month free offer would appear. It did. As soon as I clicked the Pay Now button a message popped up asking if I wanted the Mint Mobile deal. I checked the box and I was immediately taken to a page showing my order and the free 3-month plan was listed on my order.

Swappa is a joke anymore. Tried to list a phone and because there was a picture of the SIM card kit with the phone they cancelled it however they let others advertise the same thing. Purchased and sold many items on Swappa in the past. I guess it all depends on which person you get approving the listing. I had a few times where one didn't approve and another did did. They for sure don't like being proven wrong they will make your account inactive. Just a bunch of jerkoffs anymore

Totally agree. They may be helpful to solve the problem but when we want to talk about returning the phone they ignore it.

Was there a Mint logo on the phone listing? According to the offer, only phones with a Mint logo is eligible.
