Hi friends!
We certainly could use some cheer nowadays. Lets continue to post our deals, whether IN STORE or ONLINE. Computerpunch
I don't know how to post pictures but feel free to post uplifting or funny photos, too!

My bulbs are blooming in garden. Flowers2 ..Thats something nice to see outside. Trees are blossoming so beautifully. Sorry for those who suffer from allergies they cause.

Bunnies are hopping around the neighborhood. Easter Egg wreath is on the door. Trying to find More Easter Decor. Its packed away here, Somewhere!

May we all be Safe and Well. Hope that invisible enemy goes soon to Hell.

hug

I ijust posted this on CVS FB page post. They just posted some things to do while home to "bring JOY." HAH

Shame on them. I'm so angry with them . Haven't been for a few weeks and am losing $$, but want to stay safe.

What would really bring me joy these days is if you would extend the dates of the Extra Bucks we earned in good faith with you. Other stores have made such considerations due to the STAY AT HOME advisories. We are so disappointed in CVS for not doing the same. Shame on you!

I'm going to repeat this as I posted last week.

ON their FB page, they posted a video of the Surgeon General talking about staying home and other things to do to prevent getting this virus.
This is the Header they posted to this video:

" By staying at home, you lower the risk for everyone. Together, we can help slow the spread. Learn ways to protect yourself and others at coronavirus.gov. "

This was my reply:

I quote the header of your post above: "By staying at home, you lower the risk for everyone. Together, we can help slow the spread. " So many of us are trying to adhere to the smart restrictions put in place by our government. You, CVS, also say to stay home. But you don't make any announcement or effort to help us by extending the dates of our Extra Bucks (or simply issue a gift or money card for their value), that we have EARNED by giving you our business. We are loyal customers who are very disappointed and hurt that we will lose all the money we worked hard and spent money to earn via your Extra Bucks program. You are going to lose so many loyal customers after this is over, I am sure. You encourage us to use your coupons from the Coupon Savings machine/Price scanner and emailed coupons and postal mail. You can't punish us for giving you our loyal business.
We are asking you to make this right, as it is not the fault of any of us the situation that has arisen from this horrible virus that we are afraid of catching by venturing out. May we all be safe and well. May those that are ill recover fully. May those who have lost the battle with this virus Rest in Peace. We thank you, CVS, for being a local go-to store for us and your employees who are working thru this situation. May they stay safe and well.
end of my post to them

Amen. I just had to get this out. Thanks for listening. Take good care.

Yep, I remember the shopping cart.
I started at HCW in the Publix thread. I only showed up here due to someone copying my ad, pasting it here, and never ever mentioning it was my work. BTW, I love that toe tapping stick man. I used to use it all the time.

Does anyone know what the official policy is for Aldi on reusable bags right now? I know a lot of grocery stores and banning/discouraging shoppers from using their own bags. I looked on their website but there's no mention on reusable bags. As much as I hate sending DH out to the stores we are running low on produce and heavy cream so a trip to Aldi is in the near future.

I don't know about Aldi but Sprouts scans your items & puts them in a cart & then you load your reusable bags.

I don't know about Aldi's, but most places aren't encouraging their use, and if you bring one you have to put your groceries in yourself.

After doing some searches online, I decided to wash all my reusable bags and put them in quarantine for now.

Thanks. I didn't want to send DH there without bags then being forced to pay for their plastic bags (I heard some stores were waiving fees on the plastic bags but probably not Aldi). We'll wash and sanitize ours before he goes.

Hi, tn,
monkeydawn was with AFC doing CVS all those years you were with HCW, so she really wasn't here when you showed up.
But, I, for one, am so grateful that you showed up here. We don't have a Publix, but you have had your hand in so many other threads that I depended on when I was a lurker, Kroger, Printables, and so on.

Remember social distancing, everyone
