Be careful before buying this game. It is HARD. It's full sim type racing and on rally, it's tough unless you have sim experience. I still play Dirt 4 which has an arcade mode which makes the game much easier to play. I am beating Dirt 4 easily on a difficult setting, and can't even come close to winning a game on Dirt Rally 2.

Probably not. I would get a wheel if you're serious about driving sims.

Can you recommend a wheel?

Depends entirely on your budget. I would personally not get anything lower than Logitech G29/G920 or Thrustmaster T300/TX. Those were on sale for $200 including pedals. Above that would be Fanatec wheels (CSL Elite, CSW) and some higher end Thrustmasters ($400-$800). Above those is direct drive wheels which start at $1000 and require a solid cockpit.

It was, but it did not include any DLC. Honestly, I regret buying that bundle. Dirt Rally was the only game I cared about, and I could have gotten all the DLC for $6 more...
