I didn't see this posted, and thought I saw a bundle similar to this posted months earlier, my apologies if this isn't "hot enough" for some.

You may also be interested in this as well, I added it to my order as I couldn't get an additional hose this long for my previous shop vac for anywhere near this price.

I think the big kicker with the OP, is the car kit, which is typically $40+
I either have the 14gal or 16gal with fewer attachments and rigid makes an amazing wet/dry vac. It's been through our basement flooding, sucking up drywall bits, dust from sanding and etc. Well worth the money to have one especially with all the attachments.
Certainly a good deal, given the car accessory kit sells for $40 on its own, so if you were looking to buy a vac and those accessories, this is a no brainer (so long as you don't consider this to be too big for your use case).

In fact my brother was looking for a vac this weekend, and I shared this very one with him.

Good deal on the extension hose too!

I bought the 12gal NXT version a month ago. While it may not apply to some, the addition of hose/cord management is a big plus over the old ones.

Also, thanks for posting the link for the extra long hose. Deff comes in handy. Gonna snag that

I like the power but these things are the size of a mini fridge. rather have a smaller one and dump it more often.

There is a separate unit "dust collector"at home Depot $39. Good if you grind cement concrete, fine dust that class clogs $20 filter quickly.

the dust filter in this kit is $25 by itself, so not bad if you need to just update old vac with dirty filter

exactly. i have a few vacs and have found the most useful ones to be the medium to smaller ones (ie 4 gallons). only downside is the smaller hose

i wish they would make a 4 gallon with the full size 2 1/2 hose. yes i know it would need to get emptied frequently but i empty mine frequently bc i shake out the filter. the key is to keep the filter clean either with a wrap, or using a bag, or just shaking it out on the ground after you're done using it for a large project. i'm on the same green filter from 2013 that way

wrapping it in cheap panty hose works too

no car kit, which is what makes this deal good

no one needs a backpack cooler with a shop vac. lol
