This is available on Apple. Normally $17.99.
I've been waiting for it to go down in price for a long time.

You need an archive account which can be made for free but requires a valid email address and clicking a registration link. After that you have free access to download all the books in all formats including raw text, PDF or even Kindle.

Enjoy.

It just doesn't have the same level of spunk or humor as before. I feel like they're so stilted now

This is great but I tried with the kindle option and it doesn't work for files over 50 MB in size (this bread ebook is 55 MB). Any suggestions?

Only method I am aware of is to transfer it over a datacable from a computer to the kindle. There are also pieces of software to do it

I am not sure if the SendToKindle software allows over 50 megs but check https://www.amazon.com/gp/sendtokindle

Only other method is to compress the PDF into a ZIP file and send the zip file and decompress it from the kindle. Transfer cable is easier for most.

Given that it's 55 megs, zipping it would work but not everyone knows how to zip files.
