This is normally $240, so you're essentially getting 8GB/mo for the 3GB price.

No, you cannot use this to extend an existing account (but of course you can start a new one if you're ok with changing numbers).

Mint Mobile runs on the T-Mobile network. You need an unlocked device; devices locked to T-Mobile do NOT work.

Mint is offering all customers free unlimited data through May 14 because of COVID-19.

Ignore the product description that says good for up to 5GB. This was the old cap, now 8GB.

Can this be purchased now and activated in a few months? I am currently porting in to Tmobile to get the $200 per line promotion and want to get that before I look at switching over.

Should be 45 days, at least that was the time frame if you bought directly from Mint

Do they need to be activated within a certain time before they expire?

You're right, it's 45 days, any way to know when this price expires?

Mint takes FOREVER to respond when it comes to customer service but at times, if you ask nicely, you can get promo prices to existing accounts.

No that's not correct. Tmobile phones do work on Mint and so do unlocked phones.

Although Mint claims that a locked phone won't work on their network, it has been reported that a locked T-Mobile phone works with any T-Mobile MVNO, Mint included.
