CCC shows lowest price in a while. Big price drop here Smilie

.63 cents per serving is pretty good for a high-quality protein like this. I can sometimes find ON Gold Standard for ~.50 per serving.

100% Gold Standard is a blend of isolate and whey concentrate. The difference between isolate and concentrate being protein content vs fat/carb content (% by weight). Same amino acids. But isolate generally has a higher standard of "defined" leanness, at a higher cost. It's also generally more mixable (more fine), but the gap isn't mind-blowing.

IMHO, 100% Gold is a good protein powder for most folks in terms of macro content. But try different powders and see what works for you.

Really depends on your goals and how often and when you take your protein. This is purely isolate (faster absorption speed and pricier). 100% Gold Standard is a mixture of Isolate and Concentrate (Concentrate is a slower digesting protein) for better all-around use.

I bought this from Amazon back in the middle of March for $21.99. I would say at this price it's still a good deal. In for one.

FYI I read a few reviews saying they changed formula. People that bought it before and liked it now say it's crap. Imagine they may be unloading for a reason.

Isolate is always better since it's more pure and less processed than Whey

How is it made into isolate with less processing?
